• Works on market analyses, price analyses and consumer research for determining the brand strategy which contributes to business strategy and commercial plans.
• Coordinates the advertising strategies (both Above the Line and Below the Line) and creates campaigns, promotions and indoor & outdoor activities to increase the market share.
• Prepares the marketing plan, annual budget and communication/media plan for the brand.
• Manages and organizes product launches.
• Travels to the each countries under her/his responsibility at least once in a month.
• Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details of a campaign.
• Works in cooperation with the sales, trade marketing, production, finance and HQ marketing teams to achieve results and acts as a key point of contact, works closely with customer teams to ensure that brand performance data is shared, and that upcoming activity is fully communicated.
• Tracks consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution and by conducting consumer research.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing preferably in multinational and/or reputable local FMCG companies with leading brands.
• University graduate from one of the reputable universities.
• Determined, achievement and result oriented personality with high energy level.
• Proven leadership skills in cross functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills and creative pursuit.• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
