About The Job
Responsible for all functions of the HR management including performance management, learning and development, recruitment and compensation and benefits;
Responsible for providing HR guidance to all employees within their defined scope;
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
Initiating, developing and implementing HR processes;
Implementing, integrating and development of learning and development programs;
Managing multiple priorities along with special projects of HR;
Coaching people managers in application of HR programs, facilitating HR related trainings, and employee engagement activities;
Administration of HR policies and practices in a consistent and professional manner;
Building strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment;
Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied;
Holding Bachelor’s degree from universities;
Minimum 7 years of experience in HR preferably in a FMCG, OTC, pharmaceutical companies, at least 3 years at the manager level;
Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management;
Flexible communication style to interact with employees at all levels in order to resolve complex issues;
Ability to influence and inspire change with executive teams and across the teams, aligning the people strategy with business goals and growth;
Ability to both relate to and communicate with a wide variety of people and high level of integrity, ethics and trustworthiness;
Strong understanding of employment law and policies, and employment legislation compensation, benefits, interpersonal development, employee relations;
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and coaching skills;
Excellent command of both written and spoken English is must.
