· Performing the redesign, establishment and execution of S&OP processes to ensure an optimum customer servicel level, cost-to-serve and working capital performance as per the organization’s strategic objectives,
· Contributing S&OP culture in the company with increased internal communication and cooperation of teams around common targets and shared KPIs,
· Assessing and scoring S&OP performance, and reporting metrics on the health of S&OP processes,
· Facilitating root cause analysis of process breakdowns and developing improvement plans,
· Organizing and attending to S&OP meetings,
· Leveraging industry best practices for continuous improvements to S&OP processes.
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
· 4+ years of supply chain management experience in FMCG business with strong, understanding of the principles such as demand planning, production planning, inventory management, procurement and logistics,
· Understanding of sales, marketing, finance systems and their role in S&OP processes,
· Excellent organizational and people skills combined with project management experience,
· Strong analytical, decision-making, written and verbal communication skills.
