Specialist – Supply Chain Data Analytics

· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems/Statistics/Mathematics/Engineering Departments or equivalent education (Master’s Degree/MBA is a plus),

· Having experience in data analytics, management consultancy, production, retail, finance or reporting processes,

· 3+ years hands-on experience in Data and Analytics, SQL experience, performing advanced queries and optimization techniques

· Passionate about mathematics, statistics, data analytics and driving results

· Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

· Thinking broadly about business,

· Understanding needs of the market & customer,

· Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,

· Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,

· Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,

JOB DESCRIPTION

Arçelik Pazarlama A.Ş. is looking for a Specialist – Supply Chain Data Analytics who will work for Supply Chain Transformation Directorate. The main responsibilites will be;

· Developing insights, algorithms, and data products that support decision making in all facets of supply chain.

· Designing, developing and deploying state-of-the-art, data-driven predictive and prescriptive models to solve business problems using the latest and most appropriate technologies in statistical modeling, machine learning and optimization

· Converting desired outcomes into value-based business initiatives, linking them to specific analytics to create value through the whole supply chain.

· Suggesting improvements to cut costs and improve the entire process with an in-depth understanding of the supply chain and related business problems.
