Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
Experience as Field Service Engineer
Committed, reliable and able to take responsibilities and be hands-on
Bachelor Degree in Physics or Physics Engineering
Fluent in spoken and written English
Completed military service.
The training will take place mainly in Ankara
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Customer Service Support, remote and onsite
Coordinate, manage and carry out new installations, repair service or maintenance jobs
Troubleshooting, diagnosing system faults or technical problems, and resolve these
Service Contract Sales
Conducts equipment troubleshooting, analysis, and debugging in support of installation or operating activities.
Provide training for customers and users on system maintenance
Complete and submit field service reports
Cooperate with sales & application team and share information across the organization
Maintain good relationship with customers via well-planned activities, reports, meetings and positive interactions
Maintenance Contract Sales
Other after market sales, eg. spare parts, upgrade parts.
